What is a Simple Will?

A simple will devises your entire estate directly to the beneficiaries without creating a trust.  In addition to including all your real property and accounts, you can add a detailed list leaving certain valued items to specific family members.  

How Much will it cost?

Legal fees for a simple will are offered at a flat-rate of $450.

What's included?

• Consultation Interview with an attorney (typically over the phone)
